The scholarship program for young people was launched in 2012. Despite the state's efforts to welcome all high school graduates to government-funded colleges and technical training institutes, more than half of the applicants did not are not lucky enough to be integrated into these schools.
Financial support and educational counseling is provided to young students who cannot continue their higher education. University is an important stage in the life of a young person.
Students are selected according to their grades. Priority is given to students who wish to take undergraduate courses with higher chances of employment.
In 2020, Loden supported 58 students in their higher education with scholarships.
