This program aims to produce audiovisual documentation of oral and intangible cultures in Bhutan and has already recorded more than 3,260 hours of audiovisual documentation.

 

While preservation of culture is important, it is equally important to promote cultural traditions to younger generations. In order to facilitate and encourage the discovery of oral traditions of Bhutan by young people, the Loden Cultural Program has set up a dedicated website. This site will provide easy access to thousands of hours of Bhutanese oral traditions, accumulated over the years.
