Today, agricultural and trading activities cannot provide employment for the growing number of educated young people entering the labor market. The Loden Foundation by developing a corporate culture can meet these needs.

The Loden Entrepreneurship program was created in 2008 when the Foundation began supporting entrepreneurs through loans without interest or collateral, in order to promote and encourage entrepreneurial activity, while maintaining social and ethical responsibility. Since then, more than 220 entrepreneurs have been supported by the Loden Foundation.

In 2014, efforts went beyond financial support to explore the entrepreneurial potential of students in educational institutions.

This initiative became the Loden SEED (Student Empowerment through Entrepreneurship Development) program. Young entrepreneurs can benefit from support through the mentoring program.
